Vita Saleh is a boutique three-residence redevelopment in Miami, conceived from the reality of a compact urban site rather than as a generic multifamily object.

M.U.D. transformed the existing property into a calm, monolithic residential composition — grounded, restrained, and shaped by a soft brutalist presence. Solid volumes, rounded edges, deep balconies, textured surfaces, and layered vegetation create a building that feels intimate, protected, and connected to Miami’s tropical context.

The project is about precision rather than excess: creating privacy, natural light, outdoor living, and a stronger architectural identity within a limited footprint.
