AQUA Development is a boutique multifamily concept in Golden Glades, FL., shaped by tropical architecture, natural light, landscape, and wellbeing.

Conceived as a calm residential building of 12 residences within a ±0.62-acre site, the project is not imposed on the landscape, but carefully woven into it. Deep roof overhangs, warm wood screens, open-air thresholds, layered vegetation, and shaded terraces create a soft tropical rhythm — allowing each home to feel protected, breathable, and deeply connected to nature.
